More Kitchen Reno!

So, call me crazy but the dingy white, paint-caked formica countertops weren't quite cutting it anymore... So, we decided to go with granite tile in Empire White and pair it up with a Calcutta Marble subway tile backsplash. The combination ended up looking awesome together. We still have to grout the backsplash and epoxy the granite (our countertop tiles are seamless, so regular grout isn't an option). Once we took everything down, we jsut couldn't justify putting the old cooktop and range hood back up, so we bought a new set along with a beautiful cast iron Kohler sink... Those should go in tonight! I'm so excited!
