And the house is FINISHED!!!

Oh my goodness!!! It's been a hell of a year :) So, after 10 rooms, 2000 sq ft and an unknown amount of blood, sweat and tears.... we finally finished.... just in time to put it on the market... ugh... Well, without further ado...

The bathrooms were fun to renovate (for me... Ryan HATES redoing bathrooms) We put in granite tile countertops, Kholer sinks, new faucets and polished nickel finishes. The tile is a matte white 12" ceramic with a seafoam green subway tile by waterworks topped off with a natural jade chair rail.

Guest Bathroom

Again, we installed a granite tile countertop with new Kohler sinks and faucets. The floor is 2" hexagon ceramic with a tumbled carrera marble inlay. We carried the tumbled marble onto the wall as a chair rail topper. I love it :)
